Harvards in the sky for Remembrance Day Ceremonies.
OXFORD COUNTY - Multiple Harvards will be taking to the skies this Remembrance Day.
Three of the World War 2 era aircrafts will head to Toronto tomorrow morning, to participate in their ceremony at 11am.
Terry Scott, the Public Relations Director of the Canadian Harvard Aircraft Association says Oxford residents might be able to spot the planes on their way.
"The aircrafts are always spotted by numerous people enroute to Toronto and we anticipate that happening again this year."
Scott says they will be bringing a special plane out of retirement in order to participate in the Tillsonburg commemoration.
"This year we're delighted that our Tiger Moth; a 1941 training aircraft is back in the air and it's scheduled to fly over the Remembrance Day service at the Town Centre Mall on Broadway Street in Tillsonburg."
Members of the Canadian Harvard Aerobatic Team are also planning on flying over the Woodstock cenotaph.
