The Canadian Harvard Aircraft Association is hoping the weather will co-operate during their Fly Day today.
TILLSONBURG - Families will have the opportunity to get up close and personal with vintage aircrafts at the Tillsonburg Airport.
The Canadian Harvard Aircraft Association is hosting a Fly Day today from 9am to 5pm.
Director of Public Relations Terry Scott explains why the association like to put on these events.
"The Fly Days conducted by the Canadian Harvard Aircraft Association give us the opportunity for us to showcase our vintage aircrafts, also meet the public - allow the public to get to know us and what we are all about. We are a volunteer organization and we're always looking for new members!"
People will have the opportunity to take some photos with the legendary aircrafts.
Scott says the World War 2 planes could take flight if the weather chooses to co-operate.
"The concern is the strong winds. A little bit of rain every now and then we can deal with but the winds are a concern."
The Canadian Harvard Aircraft Association is also getting ready for their free Wings and Wheels event on August 26th.
