Winchester Street Public School is set to host their popular Halloween Howl Carnival on October 20th this year.
WOODSTOCK - Ghosts, ghouls, princesses and superheroes will be roaming the halls of Winchester Street Public School during their upcoming Halloween Howl Carnival.
People of all ages are welcome to dress up in a costume and attend the spooktacular carnival on Friday October 20th.
Admission is free but you do have to purchase tickets to participate in some of the events; including the Halloween games and the Haunted House.
Principal Lisa D'Ambrose says the carnival is one of their main fundraisers put on by School Council.
"They collect the money from the tickets and those are used for purchases here at the school for things like technology, speakers, field trips and sports equipment. They give the money directly back to the school and support those things in the school for our students."
The fundraiser will also include a penny sale, silent auction and the Maddy Moo's Food Truck.
D'Ambrose adds the event has attracted people from all over Oxford County in the past.
"Word of mouth has really got out there that we have this awesome Halloween carnival. We've had people come in from Norwich, Tillsonburg and Ingersoll so it's very successful."
The fun will take place between 6pm and 9pm.
