The four fire stations in Blandford-Blenheim Township have launched a new contest, looking for a new fire slogan.
BLANDFORD-BLENHEIM - The four fire stations in Blandford-Blenheim Township have launched a new contest.
They are each looking for new fire safety slogans for their signs. As you drive by today, you will notice the Township signs currently promoting the contest. You can find a form on their Facebook page. The winning slogans will be featured on the signs and you could win a cool Sparky the Fire Dog Plush Toy.
The contest is geared for kids and you do have to have a parent or guardian sign the form as well. The winning slogans will be featured on the signs and you could win a cool Sparky the Fire Dog Plush Toy.
Here are the contest rules:
1. Entry must be maximum 20 letters per line, including spaces between words.
2. Entry must be a maximum of 4 lines.
3. Not all lines need to be used.
4. Entry must be fire related.
5. Multiple entries are permitted, 1 per email.
6. Entries can be emailed to mvanwyk@blandfordblenheim.ca or dropped off a the Township office 47 Wilmot Street in Drumbo, no later than October 4th at 4 pm.
7. Contest winners will be notified via email after closing.
