An 81 year old woman is dead after a car collided with a transport truck in Perth South Township.
PERTH SOUTH TOWNSHIP - Perth OPP have released the name of an 81 year old woman who died after a car and a transport truck collided on Perth Road 130.
Elizabeth Hibbert died after she was airlifted to hospital yesterday. The other passenger from her vehicle was also airlifted and they remain in hospital at this time.
The transport truck driver was treated on scene by paramedics.
A stretch of Perth Road 130 was closed for several hours yesterday while police investigated the collision. No charges are expected to be laid.
