Two men are charged after a farmer worker was hit with a stray bullet.
NORFOLK COUNTY - Two men have been charged after a Norfolk County migrant worker was shot in the leg by a stray bullet.
It happened around 2:40 Saturday afternoon when the man was harvesting crops in a field along County Road 21.
According to OPP, several people were target practicing with rifles along Concession Road #13 south of County Road #21 at the time of the incident.
Police say they have now charged 27 year-old Byron Sinnesael of Norfolk County and 29 year-old Rudolph Dietl of Grimsby with careless use of a firearm.
The two will appear in court at a later date to answer to the charges.
