The Tillsonburg Fair turns 160 this year.
TILLSONBURG - It's the start of the candy apple and cotton candy season as Tillsonburg prepares for their fall fair.
Fair President Michelle Babcock says Campbell Amusements will be doing the rides this year.
"It's the 160th anniversary so we have some history on some past fairs here as well. We are also bringing in Hands On Exotics which has a baby kangaroo and a lemur and some furry critters as well."
"Saturday is the Kids Fun Day, Family Day Event so some of our games that we have that the Fair Board is putting on themselves is free games for the kids."
Babcock says admission prices have been dropped this year to just $5 with kids 5 and under free.
"The gates open Thursday at 4pm, Friday at 4pm, Saturday at 9am and the midway actually opens at 11am on the Saturday and then the gates open on Sunday at 11am as well as the midway."
