A 59 year old Sarnia man has been charged with dangerous driving after reports of him swerving in and out of lanes.
OXFORD COUNTY- The OPP have charged a Sarnia man with dangerous operation of a Motor Vehicle after witnesses told police the driver of a pick-up truck was swerving in and out of lanes and forcing motorists to take evasive measures to avoid collisions.
The OPP received a call Thursday evening of a driver driving erratically in the Westbound Highway 401 lane.
Reports say the vehicle was driving erratically from Drumbo Road up until just before Foldens Line.
OPP have charged 59 year old Aldren Judson of Sarnia with:
- Dangerous Operation of a Motor Vehicle – The Criminal Code of Canada
- Possession of a Schedule II Substance – Cannabis Marihuana – The Controlled Drugs and Substances Act
- Driving While Under Suspension – The Highway Traffic Act
Judson's vehicle was impounded for 7 days.
