OPP Arrest two men following a break and enter at Highland Restaurant.
Oxford OPP have arrested two men following a break and enter in Embro over the weekend.
On Sunday, shortly before 3:00 am, police responded to a call at the Highland Restaurant where they discovered the facility was broken into and an ATM had been stolen.
A resident notified police that a dark coloured Buick Rendezvous was in the area at the time.
While patrolling the scene police observed a Ford F-150 travelling with a Buick fitting the description.
A pursuit ensued but was called off shortly after for safety reasons.
The driver of the Buick was later pulled over for speeding and subsequently arrested.
The Ford truck, which was reported as a stolen vehicle, was located later in London and lead to the arrest of a second person.
37 year-old Shane Andrews and 36 year-old Alain Cloutier both of London are being held in police custody awaiting bail hearings.
Andrews has been charged with break and enter, theft of a motor vehicle, possession of property obtained by crime over $5000 and fail to comply with probation officer.
Cloutier faces charges of break and enter, theft of a motor vehicle and possession of property obtained by crime over $5000.
