Cries for help were heard this morning as the third floor of a Harford Street apartment building caught on fire. Emergency crews arrived on scene just after 1:30 this morning and saw flames coming from the building. While the fire was quickly extinguished, there is extensive smoke and water damage to the building. A few residents and Woodstock Police officers were treated for smoke inhalation. There is no damage estimate or cause to the fire at this point.
