The Philadelphia Eagles beat the Kansas City Chiefs 40-22.
NEW ORLEANS - The Eagles have won the Super Bowl.
Philadelphia celebrated a 40-22 victory over Kansas City yesterday, preventing the Chiefs from winning three consecutive Super Bowl titles.
Eagles' star quarterback Jalen Hurts has been named Super Bowl MVP, after completing 17 of 22 passes 221 yards and two touchdowns. Philadelphia running back Saquon Barkley also set the NFL season rushing record (post season included) with 31 yards in the first half of the game.
Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes was also sacked by the Eagles' defence six times.
Philadelphia led the game 24-0 at halftime.
