Oxford OPP say a Harley man was 'impaired' when he went through a RIDE program Sunday
NORWICH - A charge has been laid against a Harley man following a RIDE stop in Norwich.
It happened around 3:20 Sunday afternoon on Zenda Line at Cornell Road.
39 year old Larry Packer is facing a charge of over the legal limit and has had his licence suspended for 90 days and his vehicle impounded for 7 days.
