Six people from Norfolk County were charged in a drug bust in downtown Simcoe, after OPP executed a search warrant on Victoria Street.
NORFOLK COUNTY - OPP, the Community Street Crime Unit and Emergency Response Team have arrested 15 people after executing a search warrant on Victoria Street in Simcoe.
Officers arrived at the property on February 28th and executed a search warrant, recovering a quantity of illicit drugs, along with money and they have charged six people including one woman and five men.
65-year-old Karen Catherine Holmes of Norfolk County is charged with the following possession for the purpose of trafficking fentanyl, possession for the purpose of trafficking methamphetamine, possession for the purpose of trafficking Cocaine and failing to comply with recognizance.
32-year-old Luke Earl Spencer Carpenter of Norfolk County was charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking fentanyl, possession for the purpose of trafficking methamphetamine, possession for the purpose of trafficking cocaine, possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000 and failing to comply with probation order.
34-year-old Michael Ryan Mitchell of Norfolk County is charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking fentanyl, possession for the purpose of trafficking methamphetamine, possession for the purpose of trafficking cocaine and failure to comply with recognizance.
22-year-old Dustin Albert Wayne Helmer-Taylor of Norfolk County is charged with possession of methamphetamine.
39-year-old Zachariah Peter Solomon of Haldimand County is charged with possession of cocaine and three counts of failing to comply with probation order.
24-year-old Cody Calvin Damion Doiron of Norfolk County is charged with possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000.00.
All suspects are scheduled to appear in a Simcoe courtroom at a later date.
