WPS are looking for a lone suspect following donation box thefts
Woodstock Police are looking for a suspect following two donation box thefts in the city.
Police say on Monday, a lone male walked into a business at Springbank and Dundas just before 5:15 pm and grabbed a donation box from the counter and fled the area.
Roughly eight minutes later, the same suspect entered another business and grabbed a donation box from the counter and fled the area on foot however the direction he headed is unknown.
Police have not confirmed where the donations boxes were stolen from or which organization the boxes belong to.
According to police, the man was wearing a white hoodie, dark pants, black jacket and was carrying a blue or black back pack.
