After an lengthy search, police have found Wallenstein Wanda, who was dropped off in a ditch on Road 119 near Stratford.
STRATFORD - Wallstein Wanda from the Canadian Dairy Expo in Stratford has been recovered by police.
Thousands of visitors attend the Expo every year from all over North America and Wanda is always the first one to greet them. Wanda is a big statue of a Dairy Cow that is located on Mornington Street and McCarthy Road.
Someone stole the cow on Thursday and police found her in the ditch on Road 119 at Line 40.
Unfortunately, due to the cow being moved it suffered damage to one of its ears and to its tail. At this time it is unknown how the cow had gotten to its location in the ditch and police are asking for anyone with information to contact them at 519-271-4141. If you
