Commuters should avoid Highway 19, just north of Tillsonburg this morning. There's been a serious crash between a car and tractor trailer on Highway 19 in between Prouse and Airport Roads. OPP are going to be closing the roadway. A caller at the scene told Heart FM it was a head-on collision. A reporter is en-route and we'll have further details as they become available.
