Police say a car lost control on County Rd 84 around 3:00 p.m. yesterday and collided head on with a transport truck.
UPDATE: The lone male driver of the vehicle has now been identified as 17-year-old Tyler Arts of Zorra Township.
OXFORD COUNTY - A two vehicle crash on Road 84 in Oxford County has claimed one life.
OPP say the crash happened around 3:00 p.m yesterday on Road 84 between 25th Line and 27th Line in Zorra Township.
Police believe that a car travelling westbound lost control and collided head on with a transport truck travelling eastbound on Road 84.
The male driver and sole occupant of the car was pronounced dead at the scene, his identity has not been released.
Meanwhile, the male driver of the transport truck was not injured.
The investigation will continue into the crash.
