Former teacher and famous comedian Gerry Dee followed through on his promise to randomly visit virtual classrooms today.
Gerry Dee is best known for his CBC sitcom Mr. Dee and is currently the host of Family Fued Canada. The stand up comedian is also a former gym teacher.
Yesterday Gerry Dee offered teachers in Canada to message him if you have a remote class happening. He offered to jump on and maybe give the teacher a little bit of a break.
Today he followed through with his promise.
They thought I was their new principal.
