Environment Canada has issued a cold weather alert for Oxford County.
OXFORD COUNTY - Cold arctic air is headed to Southern Ontario this weekend bringing cold temperatures and plenty of snow. Temperatures dropping to minus double digits. On Sunday it will feel like -35 with the windchill increasing on Family Day. A snow squall warning is in effect for Oxford County for today and it is expected to taper off Sunday afternoon.
Environment Canada has also issued a snow squall alert for the county which will bring blowing snow and heavy winds to the area. Temperatures are expected to hover around -18.
