The City of Woodstock is hoping to open the Southside Aquatic Centre, Wading Pool and the walking track at the Cowan Park Sportsplex next Wednesday.
WOODSTOCK - The City of Woodstock is ready to open more facilities in the near future.
Starting on Wednesday, July 29th the following Parks and Recreation facilities will be open to the public:
- Cowan Park Sportsplex
- Southside Aquatic Centre (pending public health inspection)
- Wading Pool (pending public health inspection)
Upon approval to open the Southside Aquatic Centre and Wading Pool, aquatic schedules for programs and drop-in activities, including hours of operation, will be posted to the City of Woodstock web site.
The Cowan Park Sportsplex will open with the walking track with some minor restrictions. The hours of operation will be Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 4:00pm. The turf will also be available to book.
