A 24-year-old is now facing a list of charges in relation to an assault on James Street in Mitchell.
MITCHELL - One person had to be taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries after an assault in Mitchell.
Perth OPP officers were called out to a home on James Street shortly after 3:00 a.m. yesterday. They say their suspect hit someone with a weapon and damaged two vehicles that were parked at the home.
Police have charged 24-year-old Tyson Nethery with a list of offences including assault with a weapon, assault causing bodily harm and possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose.
He has also been charged with trespassing at night, two counts of mischief over $5,000 and two counts of failing to comply with a probation order.
