A 25-year-old Woodstock resident is facing charges after an incident downtown.
WOODSTOCK - Woodstock Police have laid charges after an incident in the City.
On Saturday at 1:40 p.m. officers on foot patrol were notified of a disturbance on Dundas and Graham Street. Police noticed the accused threaten and push the victim, and took the 25-year-old Woodstock resident into custody.
The accused is facing one count of causing a disturbance, two counts of uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm, one count of assault, one count of assaulting a peace officer, and one count of failing to comply with a probation order.
