An Ingersoll man is facing charges after being arrested by police early Sunday morning. They were responding to a disturbance on Thames St. in the town, at 2AM Sunday, when the officer spotted a man sitting on an ATV in the middle of the road. He attempted to take off when the officer approached, but he was arrested. Police investigation revealed the 4-wheeler had been stolen. 31-year-old Paul Caughlin is facing charges of possession of stolen property.
