College Avenue Secondary School will be selling off products made through their tech programs today.
WOODSTOCK - Students from College Ave Secondary School are ending their school year on a high note, and giving you a chance to support the technology programs.
Department Head of Technology Jason Campbell says the students have been working hard all year to perfect their craft.
"There will be a lot of our welding projects, arbours, benches, some welding art, and there will be baking, flowers, some wood products. Just sort of a year end tech sale of all the project the students have made and a wrap up of the year."
Some of the money raised will go to buying new equipment and supplies for the Tech programs, while some is going to charity.
Campbell says they have a very diverse technology department:
"We offer every tech area from hospitality, to horticulture, to welding, to HVAC, to automotive, to electrical, so we offer a wide spectrum."
The CASS Tech Sale is going on at the school in Woodstock from 8 am until 12pm on Saturday, May 28th.
There will also be information about the Summer Tech Camp and the Parent Council is holding a bottle drive at the same time.
