Cancellations and Closures

Another blast of winter has lead to bus cancellations and some closures in Oxford County

Winter is not ready to give up!

With another predicted dumping of 5 to 10 cm of snow for Wednesday, buses in Oxford, Elgin and Middlesex county have been cancelled for all Thames Valley District and London District Catholic School Board schools.

All routes for Notre-Dame and Sainte-Marguerite-Bourgeoys have also been cancelled for the day.

Due to the cancellation of buses, East Oxford and Zorra Highland Public School have been closed for Wednesday.

Woodstock Christian School will also be closed Wednesday due the inclement weather

Update: Both the Thames Valley and London District Catholic School Boards dismissed students early today, as long as students had a way to get home.

OTHER CLOSURES AND CANCELLATIONS FOR FEB. 5th:

Woodstock Museum has cancelled its "Museum Mummy" program today.

The Ingersoll well-baby clinic is cancelled for today. The first clinic of the month's discussion topics are geared towards families with toddlers, so families with toddlers are invited to join our Feb. 12 clinic, instead. Curbside waste collection is delayed three hours today in the Townships of East Zorra-Tavistock & Blandford-Blenheim due to weather conditions.

The MOMS Support Group that was scheduled for 1:00 - 3:00 pm at the Woodstock YMCA is cancelled due to weather.

Southside Aquatic Centre is closed for the day as of 2 p.m.

Woodstock and Area Community Health Centre is closing at 2:30 p.m.

4Cats Art Studio has closed for the day.

Due to worsening weather conditions, both the prenatal health classes held at Oxford County Public Health in Woodstock and the Ask-A-Nurse program at the Livingston Centre in Tillsonburg are cancelled today.

On Your Toes Performing Arts Centre is closed for the day.

Cowan Park is closed for the remainder of the day/evening. All soccer programming, competetive tryouts, volleyball, and walking track will be cancelled/closed.

Woodstock Minor Hockey has cancelled practices tonight that were to be held at the Community Complex.

Woodstock Skating Club has cancelled Can Power skating tonight.

Calvary Church BG Club for kids is cancelled tonight.

Oxford Baptist Boys and Girls Clubs- J.A.M, Girls Alive and The Rock Project have been cancelled for this week.
