Talks are on hold between the CAW and General Motors when it comes to a new deal for CAMI workers. Officials with CAW Local 88 say they are far apart on monetary issues. Both sides have decided to take a break. There's still lots of time, as the workers' current contract is in effect until September. No date was set for contract talks to resume.
