Man Charged with Indecent Act Involving Underage Girl
A Woodstock man has been charged, after allegedly exposing himself to an underage girl on a Woodstock Transit bus.
55-year-old Milton Toledo Rodriguez, who police describe as a recent resident of Woodstock, was arrested on a bus by police Wednesday morning.
The incidents were reported by a girl who rides the bus daily, and the same man over the last month had exposed himself "on more than one occasion", according to police.
Rodriguez is charged with an Indecent Act involving a person under 16.
Police are also appealing for other witnesses, or to learn of other incidents involving someone matching this description:
-Male
-Spanish descent
-5'6", 154 lbs.
-short slick black hair
Police say he also wears baggy style sweatpants with a darker grey, black zippered hoodie and carries a backpack.
