Naseeb Singh would like to be a voice for everyone in the community as a potential City-County Councillor.
WOODSTOCK - A private investigator would like to represent our local East Indian Community on Woodstock City Council and Oxford County Council.
Naseeb Singh has been living in the Friendly City for two years now and is a prominent member in the Sikh Community.
As a City-County Councillor, he would like to be a voice for the people and address a handful of issues; including property tax.
"I spoke to several business owners and they said they have a lot of property taxes. They'd like to see it decreased, alleviate or capped at a certain amount for a couple of years."
Singh would also like to introduce more youth programs, to help kids struggling in the community. He is against the proposed landfill as well.
Singh has a message for the voters before they head to the polls on October 22nd.
"They have to give me a chance; it's time for a change! Once they give me a chance I will definitely prove that they have given a chance to the right person."
