The two men charged with first-degree murder in the death of Tim Bosma have been remanded into custody. 27 year-old Dellen Millard appeared in a Hamilton courtroom Thursday while 25 year-old Mark Smich made a video appearance. The judge ordered the two back in court for a judicial pretrial September 12th. Millard and Smich were charged with first-degree murder after Bosma's burnt remains were found on a farm that allegedly belongs to Millard, near Ayr. On May 8th, Bosma had taken the two men on a test drive of a truck he was trying to sell online. Police discovered his remains 8 days after his disappearance.
