Norfolk OPP will be patrolling beaches all day on Friday, with a focus on safety for the students.
OXFORD COUNTY - With the warm weather rolling in quick, the OPP wants students to know that they will be out in full force during Beach Day.
Beach Day takes place each year on the first Friday in June, and is a secondary school students right of passage where they skip school, with and without parents permission, to hang out at the beaches in Long Point, Turkey Point and Port Dover.
