The Oxford Attack Under 13 Bantam Boys competitive basketball team narrowly missed multiple last second shot attempts and fell 24-23 to the Stratford Revolution in a low scoring defensive battle. Leading the Attack in scoring was Brandon Cowan with 9 points while Liam Dempsey and Holman had 4 points each. The Oxford Attack player of the game was Zachary Friesen who along with his fellow post players battled bigger players and Zac cheered his team on feverishly from the bench throughout the game when he was not playing. Next up for the U13 Attack boys is their second home friendly tournament to be held at ?coles Secondaire Notre Dame on Saturday January 12, 2013. The Attack play at 9:00 am, 3:00 and 4:30 pm and will have re-match games versus Stratford, Ancaster and a new Brantford opponent.
