A 22 year old woman is facing several charges following an assault with a knife. OPP are offering few details other than the assault happened Sunday in Mount Elgin and the male victim received non-life threatening injures. Jessica Corbett of Mount Elgin is facing several charges including: carrying a concealed weapon, aggravated assault and possession of weapon for a dangerous purpose.
