Police have released the name of the man who was arrested on Guysborough Drive after a search warrant that blocked off access to the road.
WOODSTOCK - Woodstock Police seized $4,300 worth of controlled substances after a drug bust on Guysborough Drive.
Officers blocked off the road for several hours to conduct the search warrant on Monday and called in the OPP Organized Crime Unit to help deal with potential toxic or dangerous materials. A 45 year man has been charged with possession of controlled substances for the purpose of trafficking and production related charges.
The Police say the road was blocked off as a precaution and at no time was their a risk to public safety.
