Let's travel back to the Ice Age! Join us for a hands-on PA Day Camp where children explore the Ice Age period and discover how early people lived, survived, and interacted with animals such as the mastodon in a frozen world. Kids will learn how early people used tools, art, and creativity—and how those ideas continued to shape everyday life long after the Ice Age ended. Through creative crafts, interactive learning, and outdoor play, kids will connect with the past and see how human practices have evolved from then to now.
Children will enjoy activities including cave painting, clay creations, an artifact show-and-tell featuring real mastodon bones, snow play (weather permitting), and more. A perfect PA Day adventure for curious kids who love history and getting creative!
